1. Establish the purpose and scope of the new Office of Teaching & Learning
2. Acheive coherence in published curriculum documents
   

1. Create transparent, written operational procedures
2. Overhaul student transcripts
3. Create a Week Without Walls handbook
4. Improve record-keeping of student data
5. Improve discipline
6. Increase course offerings; make better use of student and faculty time
   

SY 2013-14 Professional Goals

1. Build a master schedule to:
   
• optimize teacher time & skills,
  
• provide more student options,
  
• increase consistency of class meeting times,
• increase teacher-contact time for students
  
2. Develop systems to better collect, disseminate and use student performance data
3. Achieve 100% average scores of 3 or better on AP subjects tested in May 2014
   
4. Introduce use of digital textbooks in social studies and math
   
5. Complete Curriculum Mapping, to be finished by December 20, 2014
6. PD to support teachers in carrying out the above.

Spanish Audio Portfolio

1. Implement Supervision and Evaluation process for teachers
2. Create professional standards for other Professional Staff 
3. Complete accreditation self-assessment by March 14, 2013
4. Implement Curriculum Mapping, to be finished by August 2014
5. Promote teacher use of technologies
